HIRING: HVAC/R Instructor (Full-time)

MTTI is hiring an experienced HVAC technician to join our team as a full-time instructor for our daytime HVAC/R program.

No teaching experience is required. We’ll train you to teach.

If you have at least five years of HVAC/R field experience and enjoy helping others learn the trade, this could be a rewarding opportunity to put your experience to work in a new way. Share the skills and knowledge you’ve developed in the field while helping prepare the next generation of HVAC/R technicians.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional HVAC/R field experience
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, troubleshooting, installation, service, and repair
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to share your knowledge and help students succeed
