AMT is proud to offer scholarships each year to support students and members in advancing their education and career development within the allied healthcare field. These scholarships are open to individuals pursuing degrees in medical technology, medical assisting, dental assisting, phlebotomy, and other AMT-certified disciplines.
Scholarship Details:
- Eligibility:
- High school graduates (or seniors) from accredited institutions (GEDs accepted) or current AMT members in good standing.
- Enrollment in a regionally accredited college or university, with a course of study leading to a career in one of AMT’s certified fields.
- Application Requirements:
- Two letters of reference.
- A 500-word essay explaining your career choice.
- Completed online application submitted by April 1, 2026 (for the current year’s scholarship).
Scholarships are awarded annually, and the AMT Scholarship Committee reviews all applications based on the outlined criteria.
