Thank you for requesting more information about our Building & Property Trades Program! If you requested a tour timeframe, please remember your tour is not confirmed until your Admissions Representative confirms their availability. You will receive a call and text to confirm your appointment.
We’ll be in touch soon! In the meantime, learn a little more about our Program…

Welcome to MTTI! I’m Mitch and I’ll be your Admissions Specialist. I’m excited to guide you through your educational journey here at MTTI.
Our Building Trades program is located right behind our main building, but tours for the Building Trades program should first check-in at our main office: 1241 Fall River Ave. Seekonk, MA. Conveniently located on Rt.6 near I-195, just 5 minutes from Providence and 15 minutes from Fall River.
If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of your efforts, the building trades are highly satisfying. You get to create, build, and fix tangible things that people rely on every day—homes, businesses, infrastructure, and more.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ ONET, the construction industry includes many Bright Outlook Occupations with higher than average growth expected*. In Massachusetts specifically, employment in Carpentry is expected to grow 23% from 2020-2030**, much faster than the national average.
After graduation from the Building and Property Trades Technician program, and beginning training-related employment within 90 days, we allow you to purchase $350 in industry-related tools, to get you started on the job. MTTI will then reimburse you for the purchase. The complete Tool Bonus Policy is outlined in the Student Orientation Booklet. Please see an Admissions Representative for the complete Tool Bonus Policy.

“MTTI has shown me many skills, not just shop skills, but life skills such as punctuality, be hardworking, be honest, look someone in the eye when speaking with them. Good instructors who care about the student’s learning education. Education for Employment is true. If you want a class that you will get close to like a family, MTTI is the school for you.”
