Our goal at MTTI is to give you the knowledge and skill necessary to start your career as quickly as possible!
At MTTI, we focus on short-term, intensive programs. In just 30 weeks you will gain the confidence and skill necessary to pursue and work in a number of technical industries!…
Each student in the Building and Property Trades Technician program will complete an internship with a trades or property maintenance company. The internship provides you with valuable experience in an actual work atmosphere. Additionally, the internship provides an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a potential employer!
After graduation from the Building and Property Trades Technician program, and beginning training-related employment within 90 days, we allow you to purchase $350 in industry-related tools, to get you started on the job. MTTI will then reimburse you for the purchase. The complete Tool Bonus Policy is outlined in the Student Orientation Booklet. Please see an Admissions Representative for the complete Tool Bonus Policy.
Your Financial Aid package (if you qualify) may include numerous ways of financing your education. Please read about Sources of Aid for more information about scholarships. Students in or applying to the Building & Property Trades Technician program can apply for a scholarship through the mikeroweWORKS Foundation: https://www.mikeroweworks.org/scholarship/

"MTTI has shown me many skills, not just shop skills, but life skills such as punctuality, be hardworking, be honest, look someone in the eye when speaking with them. Good instructors who care about the student's learning education. Education for Employment is true. If you want a class that you will get close to like a family, MTTI is the school for you."— Luis Reyna, 2021 Graduate

"Every job I looked at in this field required some measure of experience. This class was able to satisfy these requirements. If you are serious about getting a job in this field, and have little or no experience, this is the place to come to."—Afonso Teves, 2018 Graduate
