All general feedback will be forwarded to our Director of Marketing who handles our website development and all formal complaints will be forwarded to our President / Director of Operations. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback/complaints within 2 business days, and to propose a solution within 10 business days, should you be dissatisfied with our response to you.
